PILOTARI HAND

This is one of the most iconic and photographed elements of our restaurants. You can find it at Pelayo Gastro Trinquet and Casa Baldo 1915. It represents a pilotari’s hand with his ball made of wooden vareta, the technique used to make fallas in the past. Our pilotari hands have been created by the well-known fallas artist Manolo Martín.
