ESMORZAR, the famous VALENCIAN BREAKFAST
If there is one Valencian tradition that is particularly surprising outside the borders of the autonomous community, it is l’esmorzar. It is a meal halfway between breakfast and lunch. The esmorzar takes place between 9 and 12 in the morning. A traditional “esmorzar” is made up of the cost, which can be olives, collaret peanuts, lupins or chips, the sandwich itself, which is filled with whatever the customer wants, the drink and a good “cremaet” to finish it off.
