CUTLERY HOLDER 

One of the most eye-catching details on our tables are the table rests. They are handmade and painted one by one by the ceramic studio MiCuit Ilustración. At Vaqueta Gastro Mercat, the cutlery rests are snails, also known as vaquetas, a traditional paella ingredient. In Pelayo Gastro Trinquet and in Casa Baldo 1915, the cover plates are half vaqueta balls, the balls used to play Valencian pilota.
