VALENCIAN CERAMICS
The tile-making tradition has been part of the history of the Valencian people for more than 7000 years. Its development in the Neolithic period allowed the primitive Valencian potters to manufacture solutions that allowed them to preserve water and food in good condition, which translated into better living conditions and, therefore, development. Manises, L’Alcora, Paterna and Onda are some of the Valencian towns with the longest tile-making tradition. We have collaborated with some of the best ceramists in the Comunitat Valenciana to decorate with hand-painted tiles and socarrats: Pepe Royo from Manises, Xavier Claur from Alzira, etc.
